Hotel Accademia is located in an ancient building of the XIV century , house of an important Florentine sculptor, Bernardo Cennini, one of the authors of the famous doors of the city Baptistery.
In the Palace it is still possible to admire the beauty of the original stained-glass windows. In the recently restored, the 2 star-superior Hotel, the stairs, the corridors, and the common areas are made from ?Marmo di Carrara? (Carrara Marble) and the rooms have parquet-pavements. All the rooms, finely furnished have private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safety box and hair dryer.
It?s also possible to use an Internet Point (located in the common areas) and a quiet relaxing Reading Room. In the hotel you?ll also find a small but gracious garden where you can enjoy the Italian ?dolce far niente? perhaps drinking a cocktail prepared at the well provided bar of the hotel.
An abundant buffet-breakfast will be served every morning in the wide hotel hall characterized by an ancient stone-made fireplace.The Accademia Hotel is located in the heart of Florence, in a perfect position either if you are in town for holidays or for work.

The Hotel can be found in the heart of Florence, just in front of the Medicean Chapels a few steps from all touristic attractions. Hotel Accademia has a splendid location in the center of Florence, just 5 min. from the central railway station, 20 meters from the Medicean Chapels and S.Lorenzo. All city attractions are within walking distance.
From Airport:
Our Hotel can be easily reached from the airport by bus or by taxi, about 20 minutes.
From Station :
Our Hotel is 2 minutes walk from the train station Santa Maria Novella.
From Motorway:
