Made out of an old farmhouse, the hotel faces the lake of San Cipriano at about 5 minutes by car from the railway station of San Giovanni Valdarno, 30 from Florence and Arezzo, 45 from Siena, between the green of Tuscany country, near Chianti and Pratomagno mountain.

From Airport:
From Florence airport: highway "A1" direction "Rome" exit of "INCISA" and turn left to "Figline Valdarno", "Restone" and then turn right to "San Cipriano".

From Station :
From Florence central station to "SAN GIOVANNI VALDARNO" station and then taxi or bus to the hotel.

From Motorway:
From North : highway "A1" direction "Rome" exit of "INCISA" and turn left to "Figline Valdarno", "Restone" and then turn right to "San Cipriano". From South : highway "A1" direction "Florence" exit of "VALDARNO" and turn left to "San Giovanni Valdarno nord". At the round, left again to the Arno river bridge, straight on to the third road-light and then turn left to "San Cipriano".
