Relais Villa Baldelli is a real discovery for tourists: immersed in the peace and quiet of the pleasant and abondant surrounding countryside. Even thought it is close to residential areas and transportation roads. If you look up you will see the rooftops bellfries and towers softly reaching towards the west like a painting hanging in the air in limbo. It is Cortona, the oldest city in Italy, as written by the American writer Henry James enchanted by the city. Cortona, high in prestige and mitology tells the tourists an enchanting and suggestive sory of the gods that founded it and lived there: Jupiter, Electra, Darden and the heroes that wereburied here: Ulysse, Pitagoras. Cortona, which can be reached from the Villa in just a few minutes, is one of the cities that best represents the region of Tuscany. Cortona exceeds itself with its enchanting nature, with its works of art and archeological discovers, with urban configuration of past times, with its Etruscan walls, mediaval streets and houses, renaissance buildings and multilingual population passing in the town squares. Finally, cortona offers a variety of delicious and enticing cuisine waiting to be enjoyed. Relais Villa Baldelli, 17th century villa, which has undergone undispensable and maticulious restpration due to needs of its new receptive function, has maintained its original unaltered condition inside and out. The original walking water well is supplied by an underground water table, the paths and the trees invite you to rest and find peace in their shade, the paving is in cobblestone, tha walls of the rooms are lightly painted with pastoral frescoes and decorated with vintage paintings and printed reproductions.

Every room is furnished with antique furniture (from the 17th century) and four-poster bed. The rooms are decorated with vintage pictures from the same epoch. The bathroom furnishing is elegant and efficient, with hydro-massage bathtub or shower.

From Airport:
We advise you to rent a car at the Airport and take the highway A1. From the highway A1 take the exit at Valdichiana and you can reach tha road that goes to Perugia. From this road you should take the exit at Cortona. When you reach Camucia you should go on on the road nr. 71 towards Arezzo. Passing the Sodo, with its Etruscan tombs, on your right only a few meters away from the road you can see the directions to Relais Villa Baldelli where the staff will welcome you as a pleasent guest.
From Station :
The closest train station is in Camucia.Express and fast trains usually stop in Terontola that is 10 km away from the Relais, while TEE e Settebello stop only in Arezzo, 20 Km from Relais Villa Baldelli.
From Motorway:
